Introduction
In the making of this edition, the years rolled by one at a time until over ten years had passed as I collected information and put it together for myself and family,
knowing that I would share it with the world. The time and energy is immense and the people collectively who have kept the information alive through word of mouth and necessity from the beginning of time is understandably the best tried,
tested, and true mechanisms by which herbs remain in use today.
When the usual or should I say unusual pharma companies developed it was to make money and help people, however more people have died as a result of pharma than from so many other mechanisms. As well, many pharmaceutical drugs are bandages, not addressing the underlying issues at hand in the physiological conditions for which
people, animals, and others are being treated for.
In seeking a full body healing I turned to ancient medicine, and TCM Traditional
Chinese Medicine for answers to my up close and personal questions about health, chronic health conditions, chronic morbid and co-morbid conditions which were assailing me from every quadrant.
This book is a reference for my quest to know more about herbs and the apothecary world. The more I learn the more I want to learn. I encourage everyone to do the same because the beauty and necessity of herbs is unquestionably vital to living well and as comfortably healthy and free of diseases and chronic conditions as possible.
