Accountability of ChampVA At New Low:

By advising ChampVA recipients to go where they want for procedures and surgeries claiming ChampVA will reimburse them for their medical expenses and costs without further disclosure about the reimbursement process is negligent and fraudulent on the behalf of staff, supervisors and the entire ChampVA program.

In the decades of WOKE and DEI government hires, topped with finagling every government dollars heads towards the criminal and illegal New World Order mandates of all taxpayers dollars going towards the full invasion of military trained and aged gorilla warfare men involved in war crimes and genocide in their countries of origins…to be dispersed into America and thereafter used to attack Americans on American soil. To then steal from American taxpayers money for shelter, food, medical costs, and all other living expenses. Finally leaving nothing for rightful beneficiaries of such services they are promised by the people of America signed into law by American legislators.

As well the beneficiaries of ChampVA are left to fully cover the necessary medical costs promised to them cut off by ChampVA making the beneficiaries suffer by having to come up with the medical costs from the tiny Social Security check they have, stealing almost every dollar of their social security.

Then when the ChampVA beneficiary reaches the age of 65 they can’t get ChampVA benefits unless they sign onto Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B.

The Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B of most people on social security eats up their entire social security check every month and then some more which leaves them financially devastated day in and day out for the rest of their lives.

Should the ChampVA spouse lose their spouse it would financially destroy the spouse for life, leaving them penniless and without a home the spouse and their 100% disabled Veteran husband and his spouse had worked for so hard to keep- then watch the greedy city and state fight to steal their home and steal the life of the spouse from stress, fatigue and stroke and heart attacks.

For the city to gain the Veteran and his wife’s home for their own for pennies to via foreclosures to then flip the beloved home for its full market value to hand out to illegal criminals they love as kuph that which is entitled to Islam people in subverted countries taken over by Muslims.

An outreach to the local House of Representatives ended without any positive response because ChampVA has zero ethics. The DEI and WOKE hires won’t let veterans or their families get rightful benefits.

I hope you step up to help me claim my ChampVA benefits. I did everything according to what ChampVA asked of me from the start. The bad service of ChampVA towards veterans families extends to other veterans programs. To not make ChampVA responsible, reliable and accountable is a crime against Veterans, their families and the American taxpayers allocate to Veterans who are awarded allocated funds that are intentionally being railroaded so the funds go towards other means not associated whatsoever to Veterans.

CHAMPVA is there to help veterans families who are qualified for it. The phone number (800) 733-8387, and the AI repeats that a two and a half hour is the time for a representative to answer the phone or return a call. The actual time for CHAMPVA to return a call is about 6 to 8 hours later that day or zero return phone call. The actual time of return calls since early January 2026 is ZERO return calls. CHAMPVA is appearing to defraud its beneficiaries by not taking calls or returning calls, and not paying for eligible benefits important to the beneficiaries and their veterans who sponsors them.

CHAMPVA doesn’t even answer their health care provider phone kiosk. There’s more to the story. One beneficiary had surgery in April of 2025.

First a certified letter with the claim had been sent to CHAMPVA and it took over a month for them to acknowledge they received the letter and claim, after that CHAMPVA agents reported claims processing backlogged by at least two months before they could determine the eligibility of the claim. In mid September another agent said the claim was proceeding and the tallies of the claims were acknowledged. Another month went by. Another agent said the claim was processing and another month later went by. Now it’s mid January 2026. A CHAMPVA agent reported said $12.69 of a substantial modest sum for surgery was allocated towards the beneficiaries insurance deductible of $100, and that, “There’s no other surgical and medical reimbursements allowed for the beneficiary on the claim.”

The beneficiary asked the agent to put them through to a supervisor to further assist them regarding the gross mishandling and inappropriate distribution of medical funds withheld from a worthy veteran family beneficiary. No calls were ever returned to the beneficiary as of February 7, 2026.

In every respect it appears that the CHAMPVA program is largely air, AI voice recordings and minimal to zero agents and supervisors and bosses of everyone.

After the outright claims denial, the beneficiary sought help from a current Congressional member veteran representative mid January and there has been no word from them as of 2/7/2026.

DAV Disabled American Veterans has also been notified yesterday. Sadly DAV is about faded out and no longer exists as it did in prior times. The story is looking bleak. An update will follow when the beneficiary is properly allocated the surgical funds due to them.
