Money flow into pirates accounts is strange considering DHS literally and figuratively embeds itself in every family member who receives DHS funds; investigations and prying, mandates of investigation and insisting upon conversing with everyone who ever may have given one penny as a gift or donation to a suffering friend or family member. It’s so bad that many people and family members simply do WITHOUT the government aid they desperately need and deserve.
Even if zero money went into a persons account, and DHS thought it may have, the same process above takes place. Zero respect for Americans, total invasion of personal business, and no worker ethics whatsoever towards Americans in crisis!
