In a statement, ICE said it had arrested Emilio Jose Pena-Casilla, a 46-year-old, who is charged with assault to rape, kidnapping, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older, and intimidation of an official, witness, or juror, was arrested Dec. 17 in Boston.
Pena-Casilla entered the U.S. illegally near Eagle Pass, Texas, in January 2023, and was enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention program. Under that program, migrants are monitored by a GPS tracking device or check in via an app. He was removed from the program a month later.

In July this year, he was arraigned in Massachusetts. ICE says its Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Boston issued a detainer, but it was ignored by the district court and he was released on GPS on bail. ICE would eventually track him down in December.
"Emilio Jose Pena-Casilla stands accused of some very serious offenses against a Massachusetts resident," acting Field Office Director Patricia Hyde of ERO Boston said in a statement. "We hold a sacred duty to protect the residents of our communities, and we will continue to do so by apprehending and removing egregious noncitizen offenders from our neighborhoods. Today, another victim in Massachusetts no longer needs to fear their predator."
Boston is one of a number of "sanctuary" cities that limit or forbid cooperation by local law enforcement with ICE. Supporters of sanctuary policies say they allow illegal immigrants to cooperate with local law enforcement, but opponents say they result in the release of criminal illegal immigrants back onto the streets.
Boston City Council recently doubled down on its sanctuary policies, voting in favor of a resolution to limit ICE cooperation and to ban police from keeping migrants in custody for possible deportation unless there is a criminal warrant.
The resolution adopted by the council states that "proposals for mass deportations represent a direct attack on Boston’s immigrant families, and threaten to tear communities apart."

Sanctuary policies have been back in the spotlight with the approaching Trump administration, which has promised to ramp up deportations and launch a historic operation to potentially remove millions of illegal immigrants.
A number of Democratic officials in states, including Massachusetts, have said they will not cooperate in the deportation push. President-elect Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, has hinted there could be legal consequences for those who get in the way of the operation.
Recently, America First Legal notified nearly 250 officials in jurisdictions that limit or forbid local law enforcement cooperation with ICE that there could be legal consequences for interfering with the feds or for concealing illegal immigrants.
"We have identified your jurisdiction as a sanctuary jurisdiction that is violating federal law. Such lawlessness subjects you and your subordinates to significant risk of criminal and civil liability. Accordingly, we are sending this letter to put you on notice of this risk and insist that you comply with our nation’s laws," the letter says.

Does anyone believe for one second that this would end well, that the said countries would embrace the illegal alien Americans overriding the entire government and overthrowing the voice of the the native and natural citizens in each of said countries? Never would this ever happen and it needs to end here and now in America where such practices are illegal warfare against the American people. And worse yet, that if Americans invaded said countries with gang warfare, terrorists, villains and evil agenda including cold blooded murderers with never ending grudges were allowed to flood their countries in the tens of millions? That these people in other countries whose government bought all said criminals to bring the governments to their knees and dash aside all of their natural citizens so that the very fabric of governance was not that of the natural citizens but that of the illegal American that invaded the country to vote for the outcome the governance in said countries desired secretly and overtly? Please read through article, updates will ensue. I have shopped at Costco for decades and spent money that I felt was well spent, a fortune in fact only to learn early last year 2024 that Costco was hiring transgender employees who seemed like they were on the Costco hiring wagon for Biden Administration and Pentagon mostly. Then in late 2024 or early 2025 it came to my attention that a woman was shopping at Costco with her child when she felt uneasy about a person(s) around her and her child and their grocery cart. The woman told her child to hold tightly onto the cart, and the child did as she was bid to do. The person(s) following the family was obnoxious, and following so close to them around the store that they appeared to be part of her family, but they definitely were not. The woman tried to get a look at the fellow(s) but could not get a good description of them. She went to the front desk and reported the person followed her and her child and was definitely harassing them, casing them out, or impeding their shopping experience by flagrantly being obnoxiously close to them in their personal space up and down several isles. Nothing could be done at the time, but Costco said they would look at the security footage and get back with her. End of story? No!
I went shopping at Costco and when I was in the middle of the store with my cart and family, I noticed people who appeared to be ‘workers’ pushing empty carts around like it was a Costco circus, nowhere to go, doing nothing but being very obtusely nothing but appearing to be ultra focused on their empty carts weaving around other employees of Costco doing the same thing in circles staying in proximity of one another, there being at least three dudes military aged doing this in the store. I wondered what these workers were up to clogging the path and isles with their idiosynchronies…It did not dawn on me right away what I was witnessing until very shortly thereafter. It occurred to me that what I was seeing was not good. I felt uncomfortable and an unfamiliar feeling arose in my heart, these were people who illegally came into our country, they had tattoos all down their skin where it showed and this was inappropriate too. Here were military aged men and women, acting like their job was a joke, clogging the isles acting like they were studying how to round up people for great intended heists. It was all wrong. I’m not interested in shopping at Costco under such conditions until they change their ways at Costco and hire qualified needy Americans who need jobs desperately to keep their families from hitting the streets. Remember most American families are less than one paycheck away from hitting the streets with no venue better to help them out. American people would not consider doing what the illegal and especially military aged gang members entering the US illegally have done to any of the countries from which the illegal immigrant criminals have come. Americans trying to invade any of these countries would be ostracized and told to hit the road in no uncertain terms, that is if they were not jailed for life in those countries for having the gall and the impudence to raid their countries, and steel the bread and milk of the legal citizens by taking it for themselves. Furthermore it was the Biden Administration and Pentagon with the support of many other American paid entities that forged alliances with numerous countries buying and trading and promising said countries vast sums of money to ship, shuttle and commute over 20 million people out of their jails, hospitals, and community straight to American cities. All of the Administration of Biden, especially Dr. Jill Biden, Kamala Harris, and Biden himself solicited illegal foreign people in the worst policital warfare in the world to inundate and overpopulate and take over the population of the American people altogether, giving illegal immigrant individuals cash cards without end, social security without end and housing without end and rights to be American citizens and given supercedence over every person in America. This is ongoing and happening right now in the halls of Washington DC, in the halls of the American People, the lawless law makers are trying to stall the process of returning the illegal and often killer criminal military alien populace!

I realized Costco had hired as their mandatory quota with the American taxpayer money, mandates that Biden Administration and Pentagon made NGO’s participate in hiring DEI practices, which includes hiring of illegal criminal aliens who have come into the fallen in disgrace country Biden had made happen in full compliance with the Pentagon and others who should have absolutely no say in such matters!
In all matters regarding the US Constitution, and especially in cases resulting from a renegade DC where most if not all of the law breakers posing as ruling class over American taxpayers and families, the people in the House of Representatives, Senators, and Congress have failed the American people for decades and never like now. In fact at the very writing of this post, these lawless persons in control of big decisions need to stop in their tracks immediately.
All of their illegal acts against the American people must be nullified and deleted from the halls and ways of the treacherous means in which they were fostered, all illegally. It is time that the lawless law makers make right what they have obliterated, the will of the American people, which has been muffled, desecrated down to absolutely nothing. The laws of the one and only Creator, YHWH need restoration immediately because the state can not stand on it’s own illegal cognizance. The will of the American people should be heard from the American’s themselves, not the people elected with or without the consent of the American people.
