National Pumpkin Day Try Organic Lifestyle Today Cook Books

Ingredients:


1 ¾ C. organic flour (1/2 whole wheat red wheat berries grinded for bread and ½ white wheat berries grinded for bread, both organic)
1 ¼ Teaspoon baking powder, I use non GMO Rumsford and I love it.  It does not have aluminum either
½ Teaspoon baking soda
2/3 Cup organic raw sugar, you can use honey or other organic sweetener you like, even bananas as your sweetener
1 Tablespoon organic canola or safflower oil
1/3 Cup filtered water, Fluoride is a toxin and a special Fluoride filter should help keep your water safe to drink
1 Organic egg
2 Tablespoons organic whole milk without Palmitate, a GMO
1 Cup cooked and drained pumpkin or canned pumpkin, make sure it is pure and organic
¼ Cup organic raisins if desired or organic chocolate, or other sweet meat like organic dates
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients and add the rest of the ingredients to fully incorporate them into the mixture.  If your constancy is too dry add a little more filtered water or organic whole milk.  If the mixture is to wet add a little more organic wheat to the batter until it flows slowly into the lightly oiled bread pans.


Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35 to 45 minutes and set to cool when done.  Refrigerate for enjoyment through the week.

 Ingredients: 2 1 lb. packages organic whole wheat noodles or kind you prefer ¼ C. organic olive oil, organic avocado oil and or canola oil, use combined amount of each if desired Dash organic dried red pepers Sea salt to taste ½ tsp. organic spices to taste ½ C. organic olives, olives from Italy often organic 2 C. organic cheese, white of type you enjoy 1/8 C. organic mozzarella soft cheese shredded Filtered water for cooking pasta noodles. 1 C. diced organic broccoli 1 organic bunch of celery diced 2 C. fine wine organic 1 C. organic wheat flour 1 C. organic milk without palmitate.
