Trump pardons nearly all Jan. 6 rioters on first day of presidency

President Trump pardoned nearly all Jan. 6 defendants on Monday, making good on a long-standing campaign promise just hours into his second presidency.

He briefly said Monday night that he granted roughly 1,500 “full, complete and unconditional pardons” for rioters charged in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack. There have been 1,583 total defendants charged.

“What they’ve done to these people is outrageous,” Trump said while signing various orders from the Oval Office.

The pardons clear the way for potentially hundreds of his supporters to be released from prison in coming days, some of whom were sentenced to years in prison for violently attacking law enforcement that day.

They came just hours after former President Biden in the eleventh hour of his presidency issued preemptive pardons for members and staff of the House Jan. 6 select committee, which investigated the riot.

Trump also commuted the sentences of Proud Boys and Oath Keepers members who were charged with plotting to forcibly halt the peaceful transfer of power in 2020 to time served. However, former Proud Boys national chair Enrique Tarrio — who is serving a 22-year prison term, the longest handed down in connection with the attack — received a pardon.  More

Sadly the city police have been in on the squatting business as official squatters and shielded by cops.  Homes in foreclosures are extra susceptible to squatters and would be squatters if they can get away with it like serving papers.  Squatters over all seek homes to occupy.  The state Human Resources and Department of Health and Human Services regularly advise people to foreclose their homes when in financial distress because the city can then occupy these homes and resell them as city inventory.  When homeowners give up homes in foreclosure they get on average three years to live there prior to losing their homes to cities.  It’s always advisable to sell your home versus foreclosures.  The state and city don’t want the best interest for those who support them with their jobs and welfare.  The authorities want people the taxpayers who are the real governance to suffer homelessness, not caring whether another taxpayer is supporting them or not.  Were it not for the taxpayers the government would not be.
First those serving papers often look like squatters.  Why did the server offload his gun twice into the torso of an innocent woman care provider trying to protect her home?

Who was Tamara Towers Parry? Woman shot, killed in West Seattle exited home with shotgun

A Seattle doctor whose medical license was suspended after she participated in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol was shot and killed after pointing a gun at two people delivering paperwork at her West Seattle home on Tuesday.

A 40-year-old man whom police have not identified shot Tamara Towers Parry, 57, multiple times in the torso outside her Southwest Hudson Street home around 1 p.m., according to the Seattle Police Department and the King County Medical Examiner’s Office. Police have not arrested anyone and are not looking for suspects, spokesperson Detective Brian Pritchard said Wednesday.

Members of Towers Parry’s family did not immediately respond to inquiries Wednesday.

Towers Parry, who was in the midst of eviction proceedings, came out of her house and pointed a shotgun at the two men before the 40-year-old, armed with a handgun, opened fire. In a phone call Wednesday, Pritchard said the men did not work in law enforcement and were not there to evict Towers, but he would not describe the paperwork they were delivering.

Tuesday’s shooting happened less than two weeks after Towers Parry’s home was foreclosed on and scheduled to be sold at a Sept. 20 auction, King County housing records show. Towers Parry had failed to make about $24,000 in mortgage payments and still owed more than $225,000 on the home, which she previously shared with her ex-husband, according to the records.

A photo taken of the house on Tuesday showed a large U.S. flag hanging from the home’s front window underneath the word “QAnon,” the name of a far-right conspiracy theory that gained traction online after the 2016 election of former President Donald Trump.

A divorce, a multiple sclerosis diagnosis, increasing debt and an apparent descent into conspiracy theory marked the final years of Towers Parry’s life.

Troubles for Towers Parry may have begun as recently as 2015 when she developed a “rapidly progressive neurologic” condition while working for Swedish Health Services, according to a 2017 court filing in the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Washington.

Towers Parry said she had multiple sclerosis and wanted to keep the Hudson Street home so she could attend her regular neurology appointments in Seattle, according to a 2018 divorce record filed in King County Superior Court.

The couple finalized their divorce in October 2019, records show. About 15 months later, video shared online appeared to show Towers Parry participating in the Jan. 6 rally in Washington, D.C., wearing a coat and carrying a flag both festooned with a large letter “Q.”

“Hi patriots, it’s Dr. Tammy,” she says in the video while standing in front of the U.S. Capitol building. “We just stormed the Congress and I’m going to tell you right now: It was wild.”

In the video, Towers Parry describes entering the government building and being pepper-sprayed and tear-gassed.

  • Dr. Tamara Towers Perry was swindled by the city she cared about and nurtured as her home was desiccated in value so it could be bought cheep.  Many government people participate in such scandals every day.

Her home sold a few days prior.  Could the new homeowner have gunned her down in cold blood, well someone did and why should a murderer be protected unless they got BIG city or governance ⁉️

For God’s sake Tamara’s home was sold under her and she didn’t want to give it up to the buyer who likely was involved in the shooting death of an innocent woman.  This article is telling if true.  As well Dr. Towers Perry had a serious health problem multiple sclerosis!  MS would drive a sane person out of their mind.  But that isn’t so much the problem.  The problem is the world is led to believe the departed doctor was villainous when clearly she was a double victim of our society and yes community you should be concerned because a maniac who killed

Dr. Towers Perry has is comfortably at large without a concern in the world that they may be behind bars possibly for life for the killing of an innocent lamb of God!  This applies to the young man taken out of life by an unidentified deputy in Indiana who shot 42 year old patriot to death wrongfully!  It’s a damn scary world when people are gaslighted about who the real criminals are while claiming all is well we got the bad guys and they are no longer a threat to all!  Double standards like this degenerate the good people every time.

    BRD OCTOBER 2, 2024 (12:56 PM)

. Maybe there were 2 females involved? From what I have read and researched, the property, owned by a woman and a man per King County records, has been in process of foreclosure since 2022. As part of the requirements in WA to foreclose on a property, notices of the impending foreclosure are mailed by USPS, normal mail, certified mail and notices are actually affixed to the front door of the property too.  So whoever was living in the property was made aware it was in foreclosure in recent months. No idea if that is who was at the property yesterday. The owners were about $45k behind on the mortgage. The property sold with a Sherrif’s Deed used to transfer the title of the property to a new owner on 9/30/2024. The Sherrif Deed is what is used to transfer the title of a property sold as a foreclosure. The notices given and posted to the owners, prior to a foreclosure also explain to the owner how they can stop the foreclosure and the dates any action to stop the foreclosure must be taken or the property can be sold. In this case, they could have brought the mortgage current by paying the amount they were behind in the mortgage plus the late fees, court costs and Atty fees on or before 9/11/2024. Alternatively they could have paid off the house in full which would have also stopped the foreclosure. This could have been achieved by selling the house to pay off the amount of the fees due and the owner could have retained any amount received above that. Or, they could have tried to refinance the property. Maybe they were not willing to ask for help or guidance to remedy the situation.  It appears nothing was done, since the county records show the foreclosure sale was completed on 9/30/2024. Could be the new, legal owner of the property went to see if it was vacant, vacated or, if they thought the property was occupied; to begin the eviction process. Based on posts on Reddit, there are claims one of the people that was on the title of the property who was involved in the foreclosure was shot and died yesterday at the house.  Although that has not been confirmed by a police or a news story that I have seen yet. So I’m not going to disclose the name I saw listed. No matter what happened, we know someone was shot and died and 2 other people were ‘involved’. That is traumatic for all involved. Whether it was self defense or something else. Those lives and other’s will never be the same. That is a very sad reality.

The killer was not arrested after shooting valuable Dr. Tammy Towers multiple times in her chest allegedly after she ‘presented a shot gun’ when one of two document servers opened fire.

FOLLOWUP: Woman shot and killed at West Seattle house identified as Dr. Tammy Towers Parry; police release more details of shooting

The woman shot and killed at a house south of The Junction on Tuesday was identified this afternoon, and police have released more information on what they believe happened. We’ve already added the new details to our original Tuesday report, but are also publishing this separate update.

First, according to the King County Medical Examiner’s Office, she was 57-year-old Tamara (“Tammy”) Towers Parry, and she died of “multiple gunshot wounds.” She was a longtime physician who gained notoriety in 2021 for a video indicating she was at the January 6 U.S. Capitol riot.

Police said in the hours after her death that the shooting involved her and two other people. Today they confirmed those two other people had come to her house with “papers.” (Her house was listed here as being in “pre-foreclosure/auction” status for $225,000 “unpaid balance”; a “notice of trustee sale” filed with King County in May says it was scheduled for auction two weeks ago.) Police say Ms. Towers Parry “presented a shotgun” and that one of those people, a 40-year-old man, shot her with his handgun. After the SPD update was published, we asked police to clarify that she did not fire her shotgun and SPD spokesperson Det. Brian Pritchardreplied, “The shotgun was not fired.” Police also say they recovered both guns involved and that no one was under arrest, but the investigation continues.

‘Tense situation’: Woman armed with shotgun killed while being served paperwork, police say

Published: Oct. 3, 2024 at 10:58 AM PDT

SEATTLE (KING) – A Seattle woman was killed after she armed herself with a shotgun while two people were serving her paperwork, causing one of them to shoot her, officials said.

Around 1 p.m. Tuesday, neighbors in a residential community said they saw parts of the area blocked off by police.

Seattle Police Department spokesperson Detective Brian Pritchard said two people had gone to a home to deliver some paperwork. He said the two men who approached the home were not law enforcement officers but did not elaborate further other than to say it was not an eviction.

However, King County records show the home was in foreclosure.

After the men arrived at the house, police said the homeowner walked out with a shotgun.

Pritchard said one of the men then fired their gun.

According to the King County Medical Examiner’s Office, the woman suffered a deadly gunshot wound to the chest. She was identified as 57-year-old Tamara Towers Parry.

Authorities said Parry was better known as “Dr. Tammy.” She was a doctor who had posted video from the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

However, she was never charged with a crime despite her involvement.

Her participation in that event sparked outrage within the medical community, causing Parry to eventually lose her license.

Neighbors said they mainly knew Parry from brief interactions and by her home, which was easily identified by the QAnon display in the window.

Police said they had no known previous interactions with Parry, except for interactions like what led up to the shooting.

“It can be a pretty tense situation,” Pritchard said.

Pritchard said situations like the one leading up to Parry’s death can often be risky for everyone involved.

“It could always turn into something like this,” he said.

Police said both of the people serving paperwork were cooperative with investigators, and all firearms involved in the shooting have been recovered.

There is new information about Tuesday afternoon’s fatal West Seattle shooting of Tamara Towers Parry, 57 Rest in Peace.

The Seattle Police Department (SPD) said the shooting happened just after 1 p.m. Two people arrived at Parry’s home to serve documents. Police said she walked out of her home armed with a shotgun and one of the servers, a 40-year-old man, pulled his gun and shot Parry twice in the torso. She died at the scene.

“I just heard two really, really loud gunshots,” neighbor Ellen Macom told KIRO Newsradio. “It sounded very close. I thought, I hoped it was construction noise in the neighborhood, but I did kind of wonder if it was a gunshot.”

Previous coverageWoman who live streamed Jan. 6 riot dies in West Seattle shooting

Police arrived a few minutes later and found Parry unresponsive. She died at the scene.

“It’s very tragic and I just wish the owner of the home could have gotten some help,” neighbor Ruth Shapiro told KIRO Newsradio. “It sounds like she really needed it. It’s very sad.”

Parry was well known in her neighborhood, or a lot of people knew of her.

She was a University of Washington Medical School graduate. She was also a member of the QAnon community. As The Associated Press explained in 2020, QAnon “centers on the baseless belief that Trump is waging a secret campaign against enemies in the ‘deep state’ and a child sex trafficking ring run by satanic pedophiles and cannibals.”

Parry had a QAnon sign in her front window and a huge American flag hanging over the garage. She was also an election denier and was at the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

“We definitely shared different political views, I will say that, and she had very strong positions, but it was always amicable,” next-door neighbor Joel Beherendt told KIRO Newsradio. “She was always very friendly, always very kind. I don’t have any reason to believe what transpired has anything to do with that.”

Shapiro said she believes Parry was a victim.

“I feel that she’s a victim, too,” she said. “I feel she’s a victim of ideology and I blame people who know better and encourage other people to take those positions.”

Police said the two servers are cooperating with the investigation, all guns have been recovered and no arrests have been made.

Pardoned J6 Capitol Rioter Fatally Shot by Police Sunday in Jasper County, Indiana Traffic Stop!

Staff report

JASPER COUNTY, Ind.—January 27, 2025

An Indiana man, recently pardoned by former President Donald Trump (what rubbish is this?  47 is President now!)

for his role in the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, was fatally shot by a Jasper County Sheriff’s deputy during a traffic stop on Sunday.

Matthew W. Huttle, 42, of Hobart, Indiana, was killed following an altercation with the deputy, according to the Indiana State Police (ISP). Huttle had been convicted for his participation in the Capitol riot and was pardoned just last week (while over 500 paid FBI and CIA actors insurrectionists egging on dissent were never pursued by the law nor held accountable for trying to start a civil war!)

The shooting occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m. Sunday on State Road 14, near the Pulaski County line. Preliminary investigations indicate that Huttle resisted arrest during the traffic stop, resulting in a confrontation that led the officer to discharge his weapon. Police have confirmed that Huttle was armed at the time of the incident (that remains to be seen because the video didn’t indicate that.  The taxpayer was evading popo walking to his vehicle and shot dead!)

Jasper County Sheriff Patrick Williamson provided a statement, emphasizing transparency in the investigation. “For full transparency, I requested the Indiana State Police to investigate this officer-involved shooting,” Williamson said. “The officer involved has been placed on paid administrative leave, which is standard protocol and our policy in these situations. Our condolences go out to the family of the deceased, as any loss of life is traumatic to those close to Mr. Huttle. I will release the officer’s name once I have approval from the State Police Detectives.”

The ISP Criminal Investigations Division continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting. Preliminary findings indicate that at approximately 4:15 p.m. Sunday, a deputy with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on State Road 14, near the Pulaski County line. During the stop, the officer attempted to arrest Huttle, who allegedly resisted. An altercation ensued, leading the officer to fire his weapon, fatally wounding Huttle. Authorities confirmed that Huttle was in possession of a firearm during the incident.

The investigation is ongoing, with assistance from the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office. Findings will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office upon completion for formal review.

Background on Huttle

Matthew Huttle’s name has previously appeared in the news. Huttle, a participant in the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol breach, was sentenced in 2023 to six months in federal prison for his involvement. He was recently pardoned by former President Donald Trump, along with others involved in the Capitol riots. Federal sources confirmed the pardon shortly before Huttle’s death.

Huttle’s involvement in the Capitol events and subsequent pardon have drawn attention to his recent encounters with law enforcement. His actions on January 6, 2021, and his comments afterward, including a declaration of being “the ultimate patriot,” have been widely reported.

Here is the text of a DOJ Press release about the arrest of Huttle for his role on January 6, 2021:

Press Release

Indiana Man Sentenced to Prison for Assaulting Law Enforcement with a Dangerous Weapon During Jan. 6 Capitol Breach

Tuesday, June 18, 2024

For Immediate Release
U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Columbia

WASHINGTON – An Indiana man was sentenced to prison today after he pleaded guilty to a felony charge related to his conduct during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. His actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the 2020 presidential election.

Dale Huttle, 73, of Crown Point, Indiana, was sentenced to 30 months in prison, 24 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $3,639 in restitution by U.S. District Judge Christopher R. Cooper. Huttle pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon and causing serious bodily injury, a felony, on Dec. 8, 2023.

According to court documents, Huttle traveled to Washington, D.C. from Indiana to attend the “Stop the Steal” rally on Jan. 6, 2021, and afterward joined the crowd and marched to the U.S. Capitol building carrying a long flagpole with an upside-down American flag attached. As Huttle marched towards the Capitol alongside his nephew/co-defendant, Matthew Huttle, Matthew Huttle declared, “We’re going to see if we can get inside!” As the two men drew closer to Capitol grounds, Matthew Huttle said, “We’re going to be stopped here, I don’t think we’re going to get close. We’re going to have to go up the side . . . . Cops, a lot of cops,” to which Dale Huttle responded, “I think we ought to bum rush the Capitol building! Arrest them all. We’ve got enough people to do that.”

By 2:00 p.m., Dale and Matthew arrived on restricted Capitol grounds alongside a large crowd that had assembled on the West Front. Dale then worked his way through the mob and approached a line of police officers standing behind bike racks connected to form a continuous barricade across the West Front of the Capitol grounds. Here, Huttle and other rioters yelled at and berated the assembled police officers.

A group of rioters then surged forward and pulled the bike rack barriers away from the officer line. As the officers struggled to maintain control of the bike racks, Huttle lunged forward toward the officers and forcibly jabbed his flagpole directly into the stomach of a Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) Officer. As a result of the jab, the officer lost their footing and fell backward on the stairs as Huttle continued to strike the officer with the flagpole. As the officer fell, the officer suffered a sharp pain in their back and upper leg. Court documents say that due to this assault, the officer suffered a slipped disc in their back.

Huttle then assaulted a second MPD officer by forcibly jabbing his flagpole at the officer, striking the officer, and causing the officer to fall down a set of stairs. As other officers attempted to pull the fallen officer to their feet, Huttle continued to jab the officers with the flagpole. After these assaults, the police line temporarily regained control of the situation. Huttle, however, remained at the front of the police line and berated and taunted police officers.

The police line on the West Front soon collapsed, and the rioters, including Huttle, flooded onto the West Plaza. The police then retreated to a narrow staircase as Huttle pursued. Here, Huttle continued his attack on the police, including by grabbing and yanking an officer’s gas mask and baton.

Court documents say that both Dale and Matthew Huttle remained on Capitol grounds until after 5:00 p.m.

After his arrest, Huttle gave a news interview regarding his participation in the Capitol riot. In the interview, Huttle described the scene on the West Front as “mayhem” and filled with tear gas, smoke, flash bangs, and pepper spray. Huttle declared, “I’m not ashamed of being there. It was our duty as patriots.” Huttle then called himself “the ultimate patriot because I put myself on the line to defend the country. And I have, I have no regrets. I will not say I’m sorry.”

The FBI arrested Huttle on Nov. 17, 2022, in Indiana.

Matthew Huttle was previously sentenced for his role in the events of January 6th.

This case was prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Department of Justice National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section. Valuable assistance was provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana.

This case was investigated by the FBI’s Indianapolis and Washington Field Offices. Valuable assistance was provided by the U.S. Capitol Police and the Metropolitan Police Department.

In the 41 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 1,450 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including more than 500 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, a felony. The investigation remains ongoing.
